MoMo goes straight to you
There's no payment company in the middle and no fee on your takings. Customers pay into your own MoMo number or merchant account. The cashier records the transaction ID, and at the end of the month you get a list to tick off against your statement, so a missing payment shows up straight away.
It keeps selling when the network doesn't
Light off, data finished, network gone for an hour: the till carries on. Sales are saved on the device and upload by themselves when the connection is back. The app is stored on the phone, so it opens fast and uses very little data.

›What happens when the internet goes off?
You keep selling. Every sale is saved on the device first and uploads by itself when the connection comes back. Nothing is lost and customers aren't kept waiting.
›Do I need Paystack or a payment company?
No. Your customers pay into your own MoMo number or merchant account, exactly as they do today. ManuelPOS records the payment and its transaction ID so you can match it against your statement.
›Can my staff see my profits?
Only if you let them. Each person signs in with their own account and a role: cashiers sell, managers approve discounts and voids, and only you see the reports and the money.
›I have more than one branch. Does it work?
Yes. Each branch has its own tills and stock, you can move stock between them, and you compare all branches side by side from one login.
›How much does it cost?
A one-time setup and licence fee, then a small yearly renewal for cloud, data and support. We agree the amount with you based on your size, and you can try everything free first.
